Performing this role you will work with the customers face-to-face and execute all functions regarding the delivery and pickup of goods.
You will manage a daily route of 20-35 customer visits each day.
As a Route Service Representative for Morgan Linen Service, your work is to promote the appearance and professionalism of your customers using the products and service offered by Morgan Linen Service Your responsibilities will be to evaluate customer's ongoing needs, and be quick, timely, and professional at all times to respect the operations of their business as well.
If you are personable, outgoing, and confident with a safe driving record, please consider Morgan Linen Service to build a career with! As an RSR, maintaining all customer invoicing and inventory levels are an absolute must.
Additionally, prior to each delivery day, you will review customer deliveries for concerns and any needs so that the customer has what they need, when they need it.
Additional responsibilities for the RSR include:
Counting inventories at each customer's site each visit Collecting soiled product for laundering Maintaining customer relationships while adding value to the Morgan Linen - Customer partnership Suggesting additional product options and acting as a resource Teamwork and solid attendance Basic requirements of an RSR include:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior work experience Minimum 1 year of prior driving and delivery experience is desired Safety-minded driving skills and excellent driving record Lifting ability up to 80 pounds Push and pull ability up to 300 pounds Ability to work 8-10 hours per day Maintain a current DOT license, CDL B preferred Good communication skill and math are a must Job Type:
