You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the DB-03 pay band or GS -13 grade level. Specialized experience is defined as:
1) Experience in engineering concepts, principles, and practices applicable to armament production and mechanical engineering assignments. 2) Experience with analyzing material nonconformance related to manufacturing processes and 3) Experience overseeing, coordinating, or planning work assignments to a group of employees responsible for scientific/engineering research and development. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
